As She Stands Now
After consultating with a contractor we have deemed her fit to fix! First things to do are to vacate current vermin, clean, clean, clean, clean, cut down trees surrounding the house so electricity can be hooked back up and paint.
So we are expecting the company to come trim the trees and cut a few down within the next couple of weeks. Thankfully we get to keep the big gorgeous pines. I do believe they are the perfect setting for a rope swing!
Next in line is to get a permit for the power company to hook us back up. Once the power is on we will be able to see if we have water.
And also a trip to the sanitation department to find where all the waste goes.....interesting.
As for now, the rodents have had a long enough reign! We have already started the process of vacating them from the house as well as cleaning it out.
